I don't usually leave reviews, but Wollaton fish bar absolutely deserves one. Without a doubt, it's the best takeaway in the area. I ordered the mixed kebab with chips. The meat was juicy , tender and clearly freshly cooked. You also get a generous portion of chips. Service was quick and friendly.

This is our favourite chippy shop. We have 🐟 and 🍟 once a month. We tried 🐟 and 🍟 in several pubs around this area, but you just can't beat the taste of the 🐟 and chips from this chippy. On several occasions, you tend to get 2 🐟 for the price of one, not intentionally or because of any offers. During the frying process if the batter of the 2 🐟 stick together they dont try to separate them out, because it causes batter to come off from one the 🐟, instead they just leave it as it and give both joined 🐟 🐟 Also, when the 🐟 breaks during the handling process in to the box, the staff kindly add another 🐟 in to the box, no wonder it is always busy and very generous in their portions and always very busy. The size of the 🐟 is value for money.

One of the best chippies in Nottingham. I've been coming to this place for 15 years and it's never let me down. They do these awesome little battered chicken bits like why doesn't anywhere else do these things they are amazing! Staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh and tasty. Good value and real clean inside. Highly recommended.
